I understand that any/all class card and/or membership purchases at &YOGA are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I understand that class cards and memberships are no longer valid after expiration date.
I understand that when I uncheck "Reminders and schedule changes" I am aware that I might miss important guidance and information.
I understand that &YOGA is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a doctor before participating in a yoga class at &YOGA.
I attest that I am not pregnant and have no medical, psychological, or emotional condition that would prevent me from safe participation in a yoga class at &YOGA.
I assume any risk of injury resulting from yoga practice at &YOGA and accept that the owners, instructors, and employees disclaim any liabilities or loss in connection with the yoga practice and advice herein.
To reduce the risk of injury, I realize I have to take care to follow the technique and safety guidelines presented in class and to perform at a pace that is comfortable for me.
I agree that this agreement shall be governed by the law of the Netherlands.
